In this video, I want to talk about the amazing benefits of cholesterol. It has been totally fabricated that cholesterol is a bad thing. Your body makes a massive amount of cholesterol every single day.

Cholesterol helps with healing the heart. When the heart breaks down due to extra sugar or stress, cholesterol in the heart comes and heals it. It is essential to maintain normal cholesterol levels in the body so that it uses good cholesterol for the heart.

Cholesterol is not a type of fat; it is an alcohol.

Cholesterol in blood makes hormones that are needed by our body. Cholesterol does not cause heart disease, and consuming more cholesterol does not increase the cholesterol levels in our body. So you can have cholesterol and need not be afraid of it anymore.

Other processes that require cholesterol include:

• Bile production
• Immune function
• Cell structure
• Intestine health
• Serotonin production
