In this short video, we’re going to talk about hair cortisol analysis.

What is hair analysis?
With this experiment using hair analysis, researchers are basically measuring 3 months of exposure to cortisol. Cortisol is triggered by stress. You could get this hair analysis and find out what level of stress you’re at. It measures 3 months of full-body stress.

Cortisol affects a lot of functions in the body as stress wears out the body. Certain universities are studying the effect on cortisol in:

• Anxiety
• Belly fat

• Blood sugar problems
