has a very interesting and emotive conversation recently with a wonderful lady called ETHNA KENNEALLY, who is Irish living in Ireland and has had over the last decade the most tragic time and after losing her only child back in 2016 she struggled to cope and took alcohol as her crutch in the most dire of times which so sadly let to her liver failing and transplant surgery, along with a mirade of other health issues all this induced, then, after conquering all this with sheer strength and determination, she discovered back in 2021 that she now had to contend with a cancerous breast tumour, very possibly because of the immune suppressant drugs she had to take for her new liver and also no doubt because of so many years of sheer stress...

Ethna is determined, as much as is possible, NOT to take the conventional so called 'health care' routes and aims to heal herself as naturally as she can and Alan and I speak to her about all this, the methods she has been using and the difficult decisions she has to make in her attempt to take back HER OWN health as much away from a system many of us have now been shown and have learnt to mistrust!

An open hearted discussion with a wonderful warrior in these times that we all need to listen to and share to help each other take back our own health and powers in a system gone beyond mad...
