Traffic stop leads to foot pursuit and taser

Suspect was unwilling to get out of his vehicle after officers forced him out a struggle ensues. Taser is deployed as suspect doesn't comply. He then decides to run across a busy highway.

Drugs and guns were found in his vehicle.
