Stating over is sometimes a necessity of life. But what happens when someone moves from a state with less red tape to one that is completely held together with it? Will our hero return back to his original state or will the minions win?

Footage was discovered in the Children's section of the Homewood branch of the Carnegie Library when clearly it should have been in the Non-Fiction section.
