"Fiery and Flavorful: Unleash the Sweet Heat of our Sweet Chili Sriracha Glazed Chicken!"
1. 500 grams of chicken breast cut into THIN strips .
2. 1 teaspoon each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, dried parsley.
3. 3 tablespoons oil .
Sweet chili sriracha glaze
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1-2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut chicken breast lengthwise into THIN breast and then cut again into strips.
3. Add all seasonings and oil and mix well.
4. Put each strip onto skewers .
5. Air fry or oven bake 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Flip chicken over and cook again 6 minutes. Add one minute if needed . DO NOT OVERCOOK. It will taste like rubber.
6. Mix glaze ingredients and brush onto chicken when it comes out if the air fryer .
