Most of this video is once again sidequests. I open up the fast travel in the sewers below toad town and deliver a letter as well. I hear some secrets and still can't figure them out, all good though, got some exp and whatnot.

This is part 16 of my first playthrough of Paper Mario on the N64. I have never played this game before so I'll most likely be taking it very slowly. This is additionally a blind playthrough of the game.
