Greetings & welcome! I founded The Strong Foundation in 2014 and have been wanting to create video content consistently for so long! I just haven't had the time & energy to create the type of visual presentation I would like, but I'm bursting at the seams with so much to share! So, I've decided to create audio content with imagery, for now. More visual recordings of me, my surroundings, loved ones, and my adventures will be uploaded in the future.
