Brian Almon testified against House Bill 1 during the special session

On September 9, 2022, I testified against House Bill 1, which was a multi-part piece of legislation to cut taxes, provide tax refunds, and set aside more money for public schools. I noted how every session, lawmakers and public school bureaucrats pat themselves on the back for their "historic and unprecedented investments" but it's never enough.
