How USA is Preparing for a Full Scale War against Russia

The US knows it must do everything in its power to learn from the ongoing war in Ukraine. Hopes are high that NATO can continue to support Ukrainian independence from afar without the conflict escalating. But wars have a tendency of spiraling out of control when you least expect it.
