In the second and last part of ICIC's program with Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, co-host attorney Dagmar Schoen and the well-known British author, researcher and investigative journalist David Icke. The focus is on further, multi-layered levels of reality that go far beyond what we know, and think we know. He reports on further and very profound findings that he has collected and published in the course of his many years of research.

For more than 30 years he has investigated the background of an agenda that has been going on for many years, and its originators who are working more and more obviously against everything human and are securing their own existence by controlling people, explains how this manipulation works. He describes the different levels of reality based on physical frequencies and energy waves and explains how the human eye is biologically unable to perceive the complexity of all energy vibrations and is proverbially blind to other dimensions.

Through the conscious creation of low-frequency vibrating energy waves like fear, panic, worries, which can result in permanently depressive states, the otherwise powerless and energy-less backers can draw their strength. So they have to constantly make sure to keep humanity in such sick and powerless states and are not afraid to do this via terror in every way that is dished out to us, daily. David Icke describes this as a "cult" that has been paying homage to so-called invisible gods for millennia, something that continues to be done in religions today through strange rituals that we perceive as normal. That human beings and children were also offered as sacrifices to these cults in the past is well known, and Icke believes that this is still practiced in secret today. He firmly believes that the way out of this matrix is to become aware of our own power as human creators and to stop giving these non-human creatures any of our life force.

He advises us to take care to occupy ourselves with enlightening and happiness creating activities and to surround ourselves with people who bring us joy, instead of dwelling in this state of assumed powerlessness. Let us finally stand protectively in front of our children, because they are the ones who will suffer under these vicious and inhuman creatures, and let us take back our self-respect and power.
