Modern warfare is largely a battle between physicist and engineers.
Surveillance, guidance and adjustment systems; communications and radio reconnaissance equipment, drones and means of countering them, and of course artillery and engineering.Without all this it is better not to enter the current battlefields - there will be little chance of returning from there.
