Windham ZBA Member Betty Dunn Asked to Recuse Herself - Full Context

Windham's Assistant Election Moderator Betty Dunn also serves on the Windham Zoning Board of Adjustment. An election complaint was filed against Ms. Dunn By Tom Murray and Ken Eyring regarding the September 13, 2022 primary election.

Tom had a request before the ZBA and asked Ms. Dunn to recuse herself. She refused to do so - and referred to the election complaint that identifies 33 issues as being "background noise".
