Day 2 Magic Takes Place within Stillness

Stillness is the Soul, Stillness is the truth, Soul Starts in the stillness

There will be an extended moment of stillness in todays experience, ENJOY it

When we bring awareness to stillness and BE the stillness, the truth becomes so clear.

We can reflect the outside world to our 3 part being

The Soul is the Moon
The Body is the Lake
The Mind is the Boats on the lake

The boats come and go just like our thoughts.

When we become the observer of the Whole picture, we can see the full truth.

Our mind sets the body, so when there is noise on the lake, we see the distortion in water.

We can reflect this back to ourself. Noisy mind = Dis ease inside the body

When it quiets down, the Body becomes peacefully still and everything is in harmony. The Light (the truth) is crystal clear

Now imagine that you are resting in stillness with the moonlight shining down

The Mind becomes the pendulum. With you are the core, the pendulum remains still

Your Words, thoughts and actions influence the swing of the pendulum (mind)

When we get caught up in the drama without the awareness, always know that what we put out comes back.

Which means when you are Gossiping, choosing negativity, and coming from fear, this eventually all will come back

By being the observer of the full experience standing in your light, you can then stretch your mind to the see the full spectrum of the duality. This new level of awareness allows us to make more clear and confident choices

Silence and Stillness then becomes the treasure for us to enjoy, knowing that we are always returning to our truth

How aware are you when you are in stillness?

As you go through your day bring attention to the amount of times you notice yourself BEING in the stillness.
