The Barbie movie is legitimately good. Unironically, better than a decent movie that got more than a few laughs out of me. And on top of that, it breaks down the exact process of fracturing a mind as described by Fritz Springmeier in his 1996 book "The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled S****"

While that might sound more outlandish than usual... as usual, I bring the receipts to make a compelling case. It's not that the movie was based on the book or anything, just that the "formula" to break the human mind is about as hard as making ice. All you need are instructions and time.
