Meditate Through The Madness

We're living in very uncertain times at the moment and it doesn't do our health any good if we allow ourselves to be sucked into the fear. If you are feeling anxious or stressed, just take 5 or 10 to leave the noise and chatter of your mind. Meditate, or just switch for a while. When you move into that place of love, you leave all of that fear behind, albeit briefly.
