Punk Motorcyclist Jumps On Car And Smashes Rear Window With Child Inside In Philly

This was the shocking scene as a large group of motorcyclists took over the streets of Philadelphia and one rider had a beef with a car in the right lane, jumped on top of the truck and kicked in the rear window. Inside the car, the mother and child were terrorized by the stressful situation. The mother got out to confront the punk but the rider headbutted her with his helmet on. Philly is an unliveable city where crime runs rampant and every night is chaos.
