When Too Many Rules Stifle Innovation

Some very obvious problems can be seen when visiting Disney World, especially the Fort Wilderness Campsite. Its a wonderful place, but the cost is in providing an on the rails experience. The minute someone wants something more personal, the whole thing falls apart, just like in most corporations.
