This week we're talking domestic violence and feminism with my guest Michelle L. In this powerful video, Michelle who was once a vocal feminist and advocate for women's rights, shares her story of abuse and how she survived a horrific attack at the hands of her former boyfriend.

Her story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and a powerful reminder that there is always hope, even in the darkest of times. Michelle talks about how despite her pain and trauma, how she discovered a new strength within herself and found a path to healing and now using that strength to speak out and help other victims especially men to heal.

Michelle also shares about her journey and how she was treated by the domestic violence industry and feminists afterward. We also talk about how shelters view male victims and how they often mistreat the very victims they're supposed to be helping.

She also relates how feminists who she thought we're friends and allies treated her when she dared to speak out on behalf of men.

Finally we discuss the upcoming book she is working on called His-Story which will be a collection of male victims speaking up about their abuse and the lack of assistance available to them.
