Can I BEAT the SFAR with this 308?

Can I beat a Ruger SFAR with this home build? We have a really solid foundation here with light weight components and some premium parts. Here is what I am shooting for.

Weight and Accuracy

The SFAR is pretty small and light. I am trying for a sub 7 lb rifle with optics and a shorter overall length. The SFAR has a compact lower which I cant replicate, so I went with the 16" barrel. The SFAR is capable and handy but leaves some accuracy on the table. Best I can tell, most folks are getting sub 2" moa for most loads. I am going to run 3 different ammos and see if I can beat that. But I intend to find 1 load that will beat a 1" group over multiple sets of group testing.
