In a move applauded by parents and free speech advocates, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued a pardon on Sunday for the Loudoun County father who was ejected and charged with disorderly conduct after speaking out about his daughter’s sexual assault in a school bathroom.

Additionally, Dr. Chaps reports a major victory for parents’ rights: a federal judge has blocked the district from enforcing transgender policies that hide information from parents. Earlier this year, two teachers sued Escondido Union School District (EUSD) and the state education board over policies that forced them to keep parents in the dark when it comes to students’ intentions to “change” genders and socially “transition” at school.
