Towns county State Certification Manager Bobbie Shook and Administrative Supervisor Vicki Ellis take measure to obfuscate and prevent open records from being obtained. I have filed complaints with the AG in 2022 against this agency.
It is very difficult to obtain any kind of open records. In this case I submitted an open records request on 9.13.23 for records pertaining to the two brothers Bryan and Ryan Forsyth. There has been no response to my request so today I am calling to find out why before I file the complaint with the AG.
