Is The CDC National Immunization Hotline and NIH Calling You?

So apparently earlier today my wife received a call from the NIH and the CDC National Immunization Hotline asking if she had time to take a survey about vaccines, but she told the gentleman she was busy doing dishes and a repairman was on the roof working.
She said the gentleman sounded young and answered the phone with a yawn and very tired sounding, and just said ok bye, when she told him she was busy. Such a strange call.
Has anyone been received these calls?

Correction:
I said October 1st, but I meant Monday October 2nd. It was almost 3am early Tuesday morning when I filmed this, and the phone shows the call came in "yesterday", which is why I got confused.
