Hinata Uzumaki (うずまきヒナタ, Uzumaki Hinata, baptized Hyūga (日向)) is the biggest assistance character in the series. She is a member of the Hyūga and Uzumaki clans of Konohagakure. Having a humble temperament, Hinata's lack of self-confidence was reflected in her abilities—traits that made her father consider her unsuitable for her position as clan heir. From her observations regarding Naruto Uzumaki, Hinata finds both an example to follow to be more assertive, and a person to love. In her affiliation with Team Kurenai, she seeks to change and become strong, even a little at a time. Eventually, she and Naruto get married and they have two children: Boruto Uzumaki and Himawari Uzumaki, later adopting Kawaki.
