CONQUER THE CHALLENGE! 45 Min 3-1-1 Treadmill Run for Next-Level Fitness!
We have a special 3 - 1 - 1 Run challenge today! A little shorter than the 5 -1 - 1 challenge a couple weeks ago, but similar format. We do a 3 minute moderate run, then a 1 minute hard run, and a 1 minute walking recovery. Then we repeat for 45 minutes...Let's get sweaty!
