Matt Gaetz becomes one of the very few politicians in DC who actually follows through with his promise to the American people. Once McCarthy was seated as speaker, he lacked urgency, accomplished nothing, sent Congress home for vacation, and when they returned to session, Congress voted on naming a Post Office. Ultimately, McCarthy sided with Democrats to get a 45 day delay on shutting down the government, which is $33 trillion in debt. As of 3pm EST, Gaetz is attempting to remove McCarthy with a motion to vacate. McCarthy must go, and if he remains, the people must remove everyone who voted to keep him.
