Carnivore Breakfast Casserole Cooking Keto Low Carb

The short version : just the facts, ma'm!

Ingredients:
12 eggs 1 t. salt
1/2 c. cream or milk 1/2 t. mustard
1 lb. sausage 1/8 t. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 9x13 pan
3. Beat together eggs, salt, mustard & pepper
4. Press raw sausage into the 9x13 pan
5. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage
6. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese
7. Bake 40 minutes
