Emergency Broadcast Test Warning 10/4/23 @ 2:20 pm

There will be a national test of the Emergency Broadcast System on 10/4/23. There is evidence that the 18 ghz signal may be harmful to some individuals. The message will be sent to all phones, TVs, and radios.
