Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko complained to The Economist that the West is in no particular hurry to supply equipment for repairs.

According to him, the Ukrainian energy system is now more vulnerable than last year.

They’re in no hurry to get weapons, and they’re not in a hurry to get equipment either, they’re tight on money, they don’t want to buy grain... they’re kind of ungrateful.
