After an altercation with an anti-Castro group, Oswald was arrested for disturbing the peace, where he insisted on being fingerprinted and photographed.

Oswald's deception was elaborate, yet imperfect. The very pamphlets he used to sell the story of being a Communist sympathizer also left a paper trail leading back to the headquarters of his handler.
