hear the singing the deep voice it mixes in with the staic and back ground

I don't know if you can hear the deep bassy sounding demon voice in the background and or static or not but I do. that voice even though I know it has no true physical connection to anything in or on me it still is able to grind into my legs and or feet...
Some days they sound like a fog horn other days like today just a kind of retarded really deep voice and really bassy sounding.
They've been able to hack my hearing aids it seems even though my guy says they can't but they can make the damn things screech and make it like they're vibrating in my ears. Or make sounds to make it sound like it my hearing aids. But since it's constant even though I know it in my mind and aren't truly doing anything other than sound my mind can't keep it since the singing is constant and subliminal s are constant...
