Duncan v Bonta Skips 3 Judge Panel to stay the verdict by Judge Roger Benitez that the California ban on Firearms Magazines holding more than 10rds is Unconstitutional. Newsom sprang into action and got some friendly judges to 'Stay' the verdict. Then they skipped the 3 Judge Panel while asking for a 'Stay' because those judges would have denied it. Unprecedented! 😠😡

As of right now, it is still legal to own and use magazines that hold more 10 or more rounds in California, but not import, manufacture, or purchase new magazines. This is going to the 9th Circuit!
