Restoring Broken GoPro Hero 3+ a Subscriber Sent Me --- AF invention

This GoPro was sent to me to be restored and repaired by a subscriber who didn't have any use for it. The camera was released by GoPro on 2012.

The camera has some visual damage, the USB port is damaged and the lens has some scratches. When I tested it it wouldn't stay on but it would just keep turning on and off after few seconds. There is also some dust on the sensor which causes dark spots on the video and pictures.
