NRM Hello, St Elmo! Corgis On Parade!

Every year St. Elmo, a quiet little part of Chattanooga, TN, hosts its annual "Hello, St. Elmo!" celebration. Vendors, food trucks, live music, and of course, the Corgi Parade. Join me as we take a quick look at this annual block party in St. Elmo.
