NRM The Essence of Essentialism

In this video we'll try to add a little clarity to some things we were discussing earlier. Minimalism is a big concept and exists along a spectrum of how people choose to relate to it. Essentialism is found somewhere along that spectrum. A subset of a larger equation. And the definition of Essentialism I'm using is mine and mine alone. It may not be how you would define it. And that's ok.
