Drug users concerned about public-use ban

The Vancouver Network of Drug Users is speaking out against incoming provincial legislation that will ban drug use in some public spaces., with some advocates saying the ban will increase stigma. But as Yasmine Ghania reports, the province says it wants to keep communities safe.
