Myself and Cliff Few from Baltimore, USA caught up for a quick chat.

I caught up with Cliff Few today, Cliff was mentioning all of the dreadful abuses he was going through on a daily basis. Cliff realised something was not quite right around 2006, then in 2017 he realised there was more to what was happening than meets the eye. Cliff and I discussed everything regarding being a Targeted Individual, from Voice to Skull, Remote Neural Monitoring, Directed Energy Weapons, along with this problem where an unknown phenomena appears to inflate the body, I have heard this before from a female friend of mine who used to work for CNN. Cliff, you're a beautiful person and a beautiful soul, keep that smile beaming brother, God bless.
