Poof/Ruffle and Curls

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Poof/Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Poof/Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 10in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Green Poof/Ruffles cut at 20in and 20 Red Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 8 Green Poof/Ruffles cut at 20in and 16 Red Curls cut at 10in

Ribbons Cut -12in
