Federal appeals court blocks ATF enforcing 'receiver' rule against plaintiff manufacturers

Bishop reviews the latest in the federal appeals court out of Texas in the case challenging the ATF's "frames and receivers" rule prohibiting the sale of unserialized and unfinished frames and receivers. The court is prohibiting enforcement against the manufacturers as the case plays out.
