Great ArmFarm session last night. Lots of explosive work and focus on hip/shoulder separation.
Back at it again tonight! Our high school group runs as scheduled and we introduce our youth ArmFarm as well!
We are quickly becoming a destination for athletes in DFW to train their power and velocity development!
