This is an absolutely horrific account from one of the hundreds of victims that wound up at the John H. Sununu "Youth Detention Center" and was systematically abused, molested, raped, tortured and ignored when he tried to report it... the abuse became worse.

From all levels... case managers, staff, police chiefs... they all turned a blind eye.
