ROPE Report #50 - Janelle Shellum; What Books Are Required Reading In Edmond Public Schools

We've interviewed our friend Janelle twice to talk about the books her kids were being assigned for their classes at Edmond Public Schools. The great thing about Janelle is that, once her kids were assigned a reading list, she took the initiative to read the books EPS was requiring her children to read. Like MANY parents today, she is concerned about the topics and language in assigned books and wanted to be better able to make changes to the required reading material for her kids if necessary.
