2023 1006 Natural rain or man-made

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I am only asking questions to what I see hear and curiosity satisfied. Aeroplanes does not fly around this area that often. We have Laos and China to the North, nothing else of importance, so why should we have planes flying around and streaks of clouds pupping up in the trail of those planes.
