Acts 13:46–47
מו הֵשִׁיבוּ שָׁאוּל וּבַר–נַבָּא בְּאֹמֶץ לֵב וְאָמְרוּ׃ ״מִן הַהֶכְרֵחַ הָיָה כִּי לָכֶם רִאשׁוֹנָה יַשְׁמִיעוּ אֶת דְּבַר אֱלֹהִים, אַךְ מִכֵּוָן שֶׁאַתֶּם דּוֹחִים אוֹתוֹ וְדָנִים אֶת עַצְמְכֶם לְבִלְתִּי רְאוּיִים לְחַיֵּי עוֹלָם, הִנֵּה אָנוּ פּוֹנִים אֶל הַגּוֹיִים. מז הֵן כֹּה צִוָּנוּ אֲדֹנָי׃ ׳וּנְתַתִּיךָ לְאוֹר גּוֹיִם, לִהְיוֹת יְשׁוּעָתִי עַד–קְצֵה הָאָרֶץ.׳ (ישעיהו מט׳ ו׳)

Here in Acts 13:46-47 Paul and Barnabas decided to teach the Torah and the Prophets to the Gentiles (Isaiah 49:6) What we note here is how the Torah is for all of God's people, both Jew and non-Jew! The Torah has not passed away!
