Nintendo to End Online Services for 3DS and Wii U in 2024

Nintendo have officially announced that they are ending online services for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in April 2024. With the exception of StreetPass and Pokemon Bank, you will no longer be able to play online with these two consoles in April of next year. This comes as the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS had close down their digital store fronts in March of this year, AND the rumor of the Nintendo Switch 2 releasing sometime next year, a story I have covered in this podcast/ video series.
