Attorney general calls DACA program unconstitutional

Attorney General Jeff Sessions Sessions called DACA, a policy begun under the Obama administration, an "unconstitutional exercise of authority by the executive branch." The United States needs to have a lawful immigration that "serves the national interest," he said, adding the U.S. cannot admit everyone who wants to come to the country.
