It’s my three year anniversary of my healing journey with Medical Medium!

I’m healing:
-Asthma
-Eczema
-Sinusitis
-Trigeminal Neuralgia
-Bleeding gums
-Several other symptoms

I’m currently in the middle of a flare up of symptoms, so I won’t romanticize this journey. But what I can celebrate the very most is that I know why I am having a flare up, AND I know what to do about it. That’s the true gold of this healing path. I am definitely uncomfortable, but I feel peace.

In these celebratory photos, I love to show all kinds of medical medium friendly foods that I learned how to make- from millet ramen to oat flour pancakes to red lentil tortillas. Incredibly delicious!

The true healing, however, happened only because of my commitment to the dozens of cleanses I completed in the last three years, immersing my body with leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and wild foods as pure medicine.

I look back at these photos and see my little knowing smile, even among the worst of the symptoms. I lured that smile to the surface consciously and with great effort. My darkest moments were full of nights when I woke up with my skin wet with pus and blood. I couldn’t walk from the living room to the kitchen without wheezing so badly that it took me 45 minutes to recover. This path required me to call upon my inner warrior and death defying amounts of discipline. And stubbornness. I’m going to beat this. I’m healing no matter what. There is no other option, no matter how long it takes.

I’m not only healing exposure to significant poisons in my lifetime. I’m also healing DDT exposure that my grandparents were exposed to in the 1940’s. Their exposure was severe, and it has caused havoc in my body when passed down to me.

But thanks to Medical Medium information, I am not a victim. I am an empowered healing warrior. There is no sword on a battlefield. Instead, right after I post this, I am going to the kitchen to make aloe water and papaya pudding, and then pick the thyme from my herb garden for thyme tea.

That’s how I am celebrating my three year anniversary. With a quiet, knowing smile.
