Benjamin Netanyahu declares Israel is in a state of war, after Hamas earlier unleashed a major attack on the Jewish state. According to the country's Health Ministry, at least 40 Israelis have been killed. International reactions to the events vary greatly, with Moscow advocating for a diplomatic resolution while Middle Eastern and Western views diverge wildly.
