I reasonable time for a run that will become obsolete as soon as they drop the first patch.

There's currently a bug which allows you to bash the VIP door even though it is a keycard one.
Even while im only 10 seconds off the world record, this will probably be an unbeatable time as soon as the first games patch drops.
