Man with cerebral palsy defies the odds by publishing book

Man with cerebral palsy from Hendricks County Indiana had a goal to publish a book for years, his family said. This year he was able to publish the book, “The Victorious Life of Mark A. Cosby” which details his memories and story of overcoming odds.
